Interested in coming to the 2025 MACCC Conference?
Here's your Faculty To‑Do List:

1. Confirm your MACCC membership: Visit the Membership page to join or renew.  If you run into any issues, please email us for help. 
2. Register yourself (Faculty): Once your membership is active, please click here to register for the conference. If bringing students, register yourself first.
3. Register your students: Sign them up for Ensembles, Piano & Composition Masterclasses, or the Composition Competition. Find director bios and ensemble repertoire for the choir here, for the band here.

4. Reserve student meals:
   Because the DoubleTree Berkeley Marina is not within walking distance of restaurants, MACCC has arranged onsite hotel-catered meals for student attendees.

   • $25 per meal × 4 meals (Friday & Saturday, breakfast and lunch) = $100 per student

   • Faculty or institutions bringing students should complete the Student Meal Plan Form by Friday, November 8, 2025 to secure meals.

   • Payment can be made online or by check (instructions in the form).

6. Book your hotel room(s): Don’t forget the group rate of $169/night. Reserve your room(s) at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Berkeley Marina by Monday, October 20th to secure the discount.
7. Get excited: We’ll see you in beautiful Berkeley from November 20–22, 2025 for our conference celebrating 70 years of MACCC—Honoring Tradition, Embracing Innovation.
